OrbitRep is a compliance-first review intelligence platform. It exists to help businesses identify policy-violating review activity and manage a legitimate Google reporting and appeal workflow without encouraging abusive or deceptive behavior.

Compliance expectations

Customers must use the platform in good faith, in accordance with Google review policies, privacy obligations, and applicable law. No automated workflow may suggest or facilitate false reporting of a legitimate review.

Review classification

Legitimate negative reviews are treated as customer feedback and are addressed with a public response or service recovery workflow. Only reviews with a clear policy issue may be escalated to a Google-reporting workflow.
